On only ¾ acres, the City Farm team grows a LOT of food. You can witness the abundance of City Farm's growing techniques by visiting the farm, volunteering for the harvest, or joining us for a Seeds of Hope tour.

City Farm sells fresh, healthy fruits and vegetables at the following farmers' markets. Stop by any of these markets to pick up some hyper-locally grown food and learn more about Southside Community Land Trust:

Armory Park Farmers’ Market

Broad Street Farmers’ Market

Here are just a handful of the fruits and vegetables that thrive on City Farm’s soil:

Hearty Greens: Lacinato Kale, Collard Greens, Red Russian Kale, Rainbow Swiss Chard

Heirloom Tomatoes: Yellow Pears, Sweet 100 Cherry Tomatoes, Sun Gold

plus tomatillos, hot peppers, raspberries, and salad greens.



City Farm participates in farmers’ markets on Hope Street, Parade Street, and Broad Street in Providence, sells to local restaurants, and donates to food banks and soup kitchens.
